Effective 2026-09-02. Developer: Homecooked Games ("we", "us").
This policy explains what information the mobile game Block Pop! - Color Sort Puzzle ("the game") collects, why, and who it is shared with. The game has no account, no login and no chat. Playing it does not require you to give us your name, email address or any other personal detail.
Your progress is stored on your device. If you delete the game, it is gone.
The game includes software from these partners, each of which collects the device and usage data described above under its own policy:
The game shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch. On iOS the game asks for permission before using the advertising identifier for tracking; if you decline, you still see ads, but they are not personalised. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier in your device settings at any time (iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA under GDPR, or California under CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, and to object to personalised advertising. Because the game holds no account, most of this data is tied to your device's advertising identifier: resetting it, or deleting the game, removes the link to you. For anything else, email us and we will act within 30 days.
Usage and advertising data is kept by our partners for the periods stated in their policies, typically no longer than needed for analytics and fraud prevention. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.
