Bloom Valley Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-09-14. Developer: Homecooked Games ("we", "us").

Homecooked Games operates Bloom Valley: Path Puzzle. This policy describes information used to run the game, process purchases, provide advertising, and understand gameplay. You do not need to enter a name, email address, or password to play. The game uses an anonymous service account and device identifiers for its backend services.

Information processed

Device and service identifiers: installation and anonymous account identifiers, device model and platform, vendor identifiers, and advertising or attribution identifiers where permitted.
Gameplay and service activity: game sessions, level progress and events, interactions, advertising activity, and technical diagnostics.
Purchases: product, transaction, currency and revenue information used to deliver purchases and measure their performance. Apple processes payment; the game does not receive payment-card details.
Support requests: your email address and information you choose to send us when asking for help.

Local progress is stored on your device. Service, advertising, and analytics information may also be processed off-device by the providers below.

Service providers

The project integrates Pulse backend services, AppLovin MAX advertising mediation, Adjust attribution, Firebase services, and Unity in-app purchases. Providers process information for service operation, analytics, advertising, attribution, security, and purchase delivery according to their roles and the enabled production configuration. Ad networks served through mediation may also process advertising and device information.

Advertising and choices

The game includes advertising and optional in-app purchases. Where tracking permission is required on iOS, you can manage it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining tracking does not remove ads. Advertising providers may still process information for permitted contextual advertising, delivery, security, and measurement.

Retention, requests and security

We and our service providers retain information as needed for the purposes described here, purchase records, security, and applicable obligations. Provider-specific practices are described in their policies. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain uses of your information. Contact us to make a request. We may need information to locate the relevant records and verify the request.

Deleting the app removes local data but does not automatically delete provider-held records. Resetting an identifier is not a substitute for a deletion request. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information processed; no service can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The game is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the game and its services change. The published version will show its effective date.
