Common questions

How do I solve a puzzle?

Connect the water entrance to the exit with one continuous path. Match the row and column clues. Swipe to connect cells, tap to mark a cell you want to exclude, and double-tap to mark a path cell. Finish before the timer runs out and avoid using all three mistake hearts. Hint and Reveal offer help when you get stuck.

I paid but did not receive my items

Check that Apple completed the purchase, then reopen the game with an internet connection. If the items are still missing, email us with the product name, purchase date, and Apple receipt or order identifier. Coins, boosters, and unlimited-life bundles are consumables; used items are not restored by Restore Purchases and do not automatically transfer to a new device.

How do I request a refund?

For an Apple purchase, visit Apple’s refund service. Apple handles the request and determines eligibility.

I lost my progress

Progress is saved on your device. Avoid deleting or reinstalling the game while troubleshooting, as local progress may be lost. Contact us first; cross-device progress recovery is not guaranteed.

An ad did not load or grant its reward

Rewarded ads require an internet connection and an available ad from a network. If no ad is available, try again later. If you completed an ad without receiving its reward, tell us the approximate time, reward type, and what appeared on screen.

How do I change tracking permission?

On iOS, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Your choice controls tracking permission; declining it does not remove advertising from the game.

How do I request access to or deletion of my data?

Email us using the contact above. Uninstalling removes local game data, but does not by itself delete information already held by service providers. See the privacy policy for more information.
