Help for Gecko 3D: Cube Escape Puzzle on iPhone, iPad and Android.
We are a small studio and answer every email, usually within two working days. To help us fix things fast, please include:
Close the game completely and open it again: a purchase that was paid for but interrupted is delivered the next time the game starts. You can also open the shop and tap Restore Purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with the store receipt (iOS: Settings > your name > Media & Purchases > Purchase History; Android: the email from Google Play) and we will sort it out.
Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds, and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. On iPhone and iPad, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps.
Progress is stored on your device. There is no account or cloud save, so deleting the game deletes your progress, and a new device starts from the first level.
Rewarded ads need an internet connection and are supplied by ad networks, so sometimes none is available. Try again in a minute. Watching ads is always optional.
Every level is checked to be solvable. Turn the cube and look around first: the clock only starts with your first tap, and the way out is often on the far side. A gecko runs the way it faces, so tap the ones with a clear path first; each one that gets home frees the way for the others.
On iOS go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and toggle Gecko 3D. On Android, reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's ad settings. Either way you still see ads, but they are not personalised. More in the privacy policy.
The game holds no account, so deleting the game from your device removes everything stored locally. For data held by our advertising and analytics partners, resetting your advertising identifier removes the link to you. Email us for anything else and we will act within 30 days.
